Danas se vozi prvi dan osme runde Svetskog Reli Shampionata u Argentini na makadamu....zbog razlike u vremenu, prvi dan jos nije zavrsen tj. trenutno se vozi sedmi spec. ispit-La Cumbre 2 u duzini od 21.35km.
Posle 6 od 12 spec. ispita, koliko je predvidjeno da se vozi prvog dana, u Argentini vodi Finac Markus Gronholm u Peugeotu 307 CC WRC sa vremenom 1h 18min 37.1sec, drugi je Spanac Karlos Sains, popularni "El Matadore" u Sitroen Xsari WRC sa 3sec zaostatka, a treci Francuz Sebastijan Loeb, Sainsov timski kolega, proslogodisnji vice shampion sa 18.2sec zaostatka...
Poslednji brzinac prvog dana vozi se u 00:00h (GMT-3), dakle u ponoc...

Solberg se opet igra....

Reigning world rally champion Petter Solberg’s hopes of a Rally Argentina win took a knock on the fifth stage of the event after an over-enthusiastic charge through one of the event’s many watersplashes.

Solberg had been leading the rally after SS4, but lost 27.8 seconds on SS5 to stage winner Sebastien Loeb, and has now dropped to fourth place overall, 11.4s behind overall leader Marcus Gronholm..

“It was a bit of a stupid thing really,” explained Solberg. “I was just too quick into the water-splash. The engine went into safe mode, which meant that we only had two cylinders and the bonnet bent up so I couldn’t see.”

Solberg stopped for repairs, but was able to complete the stage and stressed everything is OK. “There’s no long-term damage,” he said.

The number two Subaru of Mikko Hirvonen also had problems at the water splash when the crew failed to deploy the car's water deflector shield in time. The young Finn’s engine took on water and lost power for the rest of the stage, which cost him 50s.

A i Marko Martin je imao svojih problema:

Ford's Markko Martin looks set to remain in hospital overnight for further observation, as he is still suffering double vision from this morning's high-speed accident that forced his retirement from Rally Argentina.

Although the Estonian and co-driver Michael Park emerged unhurt from the shunt, which occured on a flat-out section of SS5, they were both taken for precautionary scans and x-rays by doctors. Park was released soon after, but Martin will remain at the Hospital de Urgencias in Cordoba for further tests.

Martin's team-mate, Francois Duval, is now up to fourth place following the retirement of Martin and Subaru's Petter Solberg and problems for Peugeot's Harri Rovanpera. The Belgian has suffered rear suspension problems, however, that have affected his pace.

"The balance wasn't good, especially on the high-speed sections where the car felt unstable," Duval said. "I'm not really sure why, but the car hasn't felt as good as normal. But I'm in fourth place, and that's a good position to be in on the opening day."

Dakle, posle kompletnog prvog dana poredak vodece trojice ostao je nepromenjen:
1. M.Gronholm(FIN)-Peugeot 307 WRC 2h 00min 52.2sec
2. K. Sains(SPA)-Sitroen Xsara WRC +8.4sec
3. S. Loeb(FRA)-Sitroen Xsara WRC +33.6sec
..........samo sto trenutno Gronholm ima za nijansu vecu prednost, nego posle sestog brzinca, prvog dana.
Danas se vozi 9 spec. ispita.....prvi se vozi u 08:48h(GMT-3), a poslednji-Pro Racing 6 u 00:00h(GMT-3), dakle ponovo u ponoc

Posle kompletnog drugog dana, doslo je do promena u vodecoj trojci.....trenutno je u vodjstvu Spanac Karlos Sains, popularni "El Matadore" sa vremenom 3h 18min 53.4sec, drugi je Francuz Sebastijan Loeb, njegov timski kolega sa zaostatkom od 1min 36.2sec, dok se na trece mesto popeo drugi vozac Forda-Belgijanac Fransoa Dival sa 3min 55.7sec zaostatka....
Za ovakav trenutni poredak u velikoj meri je zasluzan Finac Markus Gronholm koji je odustao od relija, pa je svoje prvo mesto prepustio "El Matadoreu"....
Jedini preostali vozac Peugeota je Finac Hari Rovanpera koji je pobedio na zadnja dva brzinca drugog dana i trenutno je na petom mestu sa 10min 37sec zaostatka.
Danas se vozi poslednjih pet brzinaca, a poslednji-El Condor SS26 se vozi u 14:31h (GMT-3)....videcemo da li ce Sitroen zabeleziti duplu pobedu na osmom reliju ove godine

Pobednik relija Argentina, osmog relija tekuce sezone je vozac Sitroen Xsare Spanac Karlos Sains, popularni "El Matadore".....on je danas, treceg-finalnog dana bez vesih teskoca sacuvao prednost koju je ostvario u protekla dva dana ovog relija.
Kao drugi, iza Sainsa zavrsio je njegov timski kolega, proslogodisnji vice shampion Francuz Sebastijan Loeb, dok se na najnizi stepenik pobednickog postolja popeo drugi vozac Forda-Belgijanac Fransoa Dival....evo i poretka prvih osam koji su osvojili bodove:
