BMW Problem....

Prije svega da pozdravim jednu od ( bar po mom subjektivnom misljenju) najzrelijih rasprava na temu svetog objekta - Automobila!

Pratim tu i tamo kojekakve furume i rasprave, do sad nisam niti pokusao da ucestvujem, onako, nekad nemam zivaca, ali imam lagani problemcic koji mi vadi zivce za po...diti!!
BMW 520, '93, prije par dana kazaljka pokazivaca brzine pocela ludovati, ono, gore - dole, cas radi - cas ne radi, ma izludjuje me ukratko......., helem, pokusavam da skontam gdje se nalazi " To nesto" sto uzrokuje tu vrstu greske, da li je to do km-sajle, ako je ima jer je tabla " digitala" (nije klasika - brojcanik ili sl.), da li je tabla sama stradala ili ako je senzor - gdje se nalazi, da li je moguce na neki nacin skontati sta je po srijedi ili.........
Forum nema neku baska sekciju tipa " need help ili tips & tricks" pa ovo pitanje postam na uopstenu raspravu.
Odgovore tipa "crko ti kvar ili otidji majstoru - levatu" , ne cijenim prije svega sto vjerujem da problem nije nesto za "Majstora", .........ako se iko prije susretao sa slicnim problemom, cijenim savjet!!!

Ja sam imao slican problem sa brojem okretaja, pomagalo je kad kucnem tablu. Vjerovatno je kontakt, a ako imas sajlu mozda se puzic pojeo. U svakom slucaju prvo vidi jel sajla ili senzor, ako je senzor provjeri kontakte WD-40 i malo ocisti i vidi kako ce se ponasat...

That's always the way it is (odometer giving out), because they are two different mechanisms, and the odometers always bust. It's easy enough to get the instrument cluster out, take the speedo out ( I think you have to unscrew the printed circuitboard first, then the speedo), and have a look. (I don't remember if 72s have a one- or two-part dash, so I won't offer instructions.) However, I caution you against trying to take the odo/speedo guts off the black instrument face, since doing so requires removing the speedometer needle. In any case, the offending part on the odometer, accessible without taking the needle and black face off, is the first little gear on the cluster of gears that moves the primary (not the trip) odometer. This little gear seems to work loose of the shaft and fails to turn, hence failing to turn the other gears. (The description will be clearer once you're looking at the speedo head, I hope). The solution that worked for me, without disassembling the speedo, is to leave the entire assembly together and very carefully pull/push the shaft far enough out of the cluster of gears (using screwdrivers, pliers, teeth, whatever), towards the side with the slipping gear. I found it easier to start by levering off the brass collar on the opposite side, then pushing the shaft through the cluster, but not too much, you don't want to disassemble the thing, just slide it over). Then you can use a pair of needle-nose pliers to rough up the shaft where you think it comes into contact with the slipping gear. I mean -really- rough it up, too. Then press the whole thing back together using aforementioned tools. If you've roughed up the shaft enough in the right place, it should no longer allow the gear to slip. Viola! Problem fixed.

If the slipping gear is visibly cracked, this might not work. Also, it took me a couple of tries to get the gear to stick, but once you've taken the cluster out once, it's easy. Finally, while you're in there, make sure to reset your odometer to zero. Yippee! New car.

nista to...

fino izvadi komplet instrumente iz table, wd40 u ruke i sve kontakte fino ocisti. onda ako ti se da rastavi satove i jedan po jedan gdje god ima kakav komadic metala ocisti. ostavi da se suhne sat-dva da ti ne pocne wd40 curit po brojcanicima poslije par dana. onda sve fino spakuj i gotovo. fercera svaki put.

probaj i ovo.

senzor km ti je u diferencialu (sajlu nema)
ako auto vozis po losim putevima mislim po ne Evropskim putevima
onda se instalacija km ispod auta mnogo lako mogla biti
ozledjena. pogledaj to

2stvar je da se i sam senzor km u difu trosi jel je od magneta u
i to mozes lako pogledati,
skines senzor i vidi se vizualno ako je ozledjen.

mislim da ce ipak "majstor" morati to da uradi.Nema sajle kako je vec rekao drBMW a kod BMW-a zna se desiti da se tabla "rastima",mislim da nisu kontakti,ili senzor ili elektronika na satu a u obadva slucaja moras nekom "elektroncu" ici.

Tnx Dotore, nisam znao tacno gdje da pocnem, da su rupe na cesti ovdje u Tz , to valjda svi znaju, licno meni vise lice na bunareve koje je neko namjerno zaboravio zagrnuti.
Mozes li mi malo vise reci o tim magnetima, da li bas moram ici kod mejstora ili postoji nacin da to sam sredim, gdje se tacno nalaze na difu., ono ko biva, malo se kontam u te stvari?

Veliki HVALA za DrBMW-ea, svaka cast majstore, nije da sam uspio rijesiti problem bez odlazka majstoru, vec objasnjenje dato od doktora bilo je i vise nego dovoljno. Nije bilo potrebe za skidanjem magneta, obicna zica se slomila ....par kombinacija i problem rijesen.
Svaka cast majstore, ako ikad budes dolazio u Tuzlu, javi se, imas gidu!!!
