Randy je u Ponedeljak popodne je okusio slast četvorotaktnog Kawasakija ZXRR-a na stazi u Valensiji kojeg će voziti u Moto GP-u do godine....
Odvezao je samo 12 krugova jer je zahladilo na stazi pa je morao u box, ali je bio više nego zadovoljan snagom ZX-RR-a

"I only had a short time on track, I think 12 laps in total, but it was enough to get a good first impression of the Ninja ZX-RR," said de Puniet. "The MotoGP bike is very different to the 250cc machines I have been riding; it's heavier, of course, and it definitely has a lot more power. You notice the extra power most when exiting the turns, where good throttle control is important. I know that learning to get the most from a MotoGP bike is going to take many, many laps, but I'm looking forward to starting the process when we begin testing properly on Wednesday. Overall, my first impression is very positive, but now the hard work begins."

Testiranje nastavljaju na istij stazi u Srijedu i Četvrtak zajedno sa Olivier Jacque. Shinya Nakano neće učestvovati na testiranjima jer je još u Japanu na liječenju od zadobijene povrede od Petka.......

Ne znam, 8. u klasi 250 ove godine Mislim da ima boljih, Dovi, Casey, De Angelis...Ocito je jaka lovusa u igri, Eckl je skoro zaplakao za Hofmannom.

Randy De Puniet :

“I like the bike and I am confident of getting good results on this machine,” he stated. “The weight is different, it weighs about 50 kilos more, and the braking is very different as well.” However, he admitted that the adverse weather conditions at the Ricardo Tormo circuit had not let him make the progress he wanted. “I suppose that the next test in Sepang will be better and we’ll be able to get more laps under our belts.”
