Znaci trka se priblizila, i napokon se neke kockice poklapaju.Ferrari prvi startni red.Alonso PETI (i to mu je previse).Sezona jos nije gotova, naprotiv..

Both victor and defeated admitted to 'surprise' at Ferrari's unforeseen dominance during practice and qualifying at Indianapolis on Saturday.
Michael Schumacher, with teammate Felipe Massa beside him and more than a one second gap to any non-red rival, admitted that he had not expected to be so far in front at the end of the 'knockout' hour.
'Honestly I would rather give something up here and save it for another place,' he smiled in a press conference following qualifying.
'To be more than one second ahead is a lot, but it shows that when the package works we can be really strong.'
In six visits to the US grand prix, 37-year-old Schumacher has won four times, including the farcical six-car race of 2005.
Renault's Giancarlo Fisichella, albeit outpacing teammate Fernando Alonso by a healthy half second, agreed that the speed of the men from Maranello had not been predicted.
The Roman said: 'I think there is no question they are quicker than us here in the USA.
'We don't know why.'
But Alonso said: 'I thought I would be further back. We knew this would be the worst race of the season for us and it looks like it is.'

World champion Fernando Alonso is a serial offender of under-promising and over-delivering.
It was no surprise, then, when Renault's dominant Spaniard urged his followers to look elsewhere for a favourite for US GP victory.
However, 24-year-old Alonso, at Indianapolis, might just have a point this time.
Although winning the last four races, he and Renault have never gone particularly well at this circuit, and on Friday he recorded only the ninth quickest lap time.
'We know that this circuit is not perfect for the characteristics of our car,' Alonso said. 'Eighth or ninth is not what we usually do even on a Friday.
'Usually we are second or third, behind the test drivers, so we have not done as well as usual.'

Ma da ali ce zato Sumaha osvojiti posto je Ferrari na sredini sezone uspio sastaviti par dobrih krugova  Get real  Inace ova staza ne odgovara Renaultu!

Upravo tako ova staza vise odgovara Ferrariu i oni su favoriti ali globalno gledano Renault je ove sezone puno bolja ekipa i puno brza ekipa.Ja sam Meclaren fan i nadam se da ce Kimi napokon napraviti pravi rezultat.

Ovo Briatore majmuniše da ne ispadne potpuna dominacija Renualta. Samo sedmicu dana nakon Kanade (dakle nema mjesta za poboljšanja) i jedan tim odlijepi sekundu od najboljeg u prvenstvu. Mislim ?!
